Murphy Hill Baptist Church seeks to glorify God in many ways. Additionally, Christ commands us to bring the Good News of the gospel to all the world (Mark 16:15). We therefore actively participate in and support several missions and outreach efforts throughout the year, including the following:

- The Gideons International
- Lottie Moon Christmas Offering
- Lunches of Love
- Samaritan's Purse
